- This is a meeting (or series of meetings) with the client to review the outcomes of candidate interviews. Candidates are reviewed, compared, and a final candidate is decided. We assure an evaluative focus is made on the optimum choice to assure a long-term association of the final candidate with the client organization. This is a critical aspect of our search process. - Once the client decision is made on the final candidate we will conduct a comprehensive investigation of the candidate's personal and professional references to verify all information developed during the search. If the Client desires, a further comprehensive investigation will be conducted into the final candidate's background including credit status and history of criminal and legal situations. These investigations are conducted with the full knowledge and consent of the candidate. Usually the offer of employment with the Client's organization is stated as contingent on the successful outcome of the reference and background investigations, as well as other client-initiated precautions such as a physical examination and drug screening test.
- Outcome: Affirmation of the validity of candidate information from qualified personal & professional references and other background investigations.
- Deliverable's: Written summaries of all reference & background investigations.
