The 70 Day Quality of Service Guarantee: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided during the first seventy (70) days after acceptance of the agreement, B. Brownson & Associates, L.P. will refund every dollar of professional fees paid to that date.
The One Year Performance Satisfaction Guarantee: If the final candidate leaves the organization for any reason, with the exception of death or elimination of the position, during the first year of employment, the firm will source a qualified replacement at no professional fee charge. (Expenses associated with this search will be charged.)
The firm provides a two-year off-limits moratorium from date of last completed assignment.
