Consistent with the standards of the listed executive search consulting profession, our professional fee equals one-third of the total first year's guarantee cash compensation, including base compensation and guaranteed incentive compensation for each executive hired as a result of the assignment.
In addition, we the firm is reimbursed for expenses incident to the assignment, such as long distance telephone calls, candidate travel & living expenses, travel & living expenses incurred by the firm related to the engagement, related administrative expenses, etc.
An estimated professional fee is calculated based on an agreed level of compensation and is invoiced in three equal installments, payable when rendered, with the first installment being a non-refundable retainer. At the conclusion of the assignment, a final professional fee is rendered on the candidate's actual compensation, provided such compensation exceeds the estimated professional fee, and it payable when rendered.
The firm's fees are not invoiced on a contingent basis.
